What it Takes to Become a High Capacity Speaker
1. Application & Vetting Process
Not just anyone can become a HCS: We only accept established and sought-after keynote speakers who are looking to that their speaking business to the next level. If you have the passion, the drive, and the message that you know the world needs to hear, but you are looking to hone your delivery, strategy, and impact, then HCS is the place for you.
2. Training & Practice
Those whose applications are accepted are invited to join the HCS program at one of our High Capacity Speaker events, where we provide world-class workshops led by John C. Maxwell, Ryan Leak, and Roddy Galbraith - some of the world’s most sought after keynote speakers - and learn how to take your craft to the next level. Each HCS will deliver a keynote directly to John C. Maxwell and Ryan Leak for immediate feedback, encouragement, and endorsement.
3. Practical Application
Each HCS is expected to apply their training to improve their message, delivery, and speaking package to continue their endorsement. They receive an additional 6 months of training from Top Expert Keynote Speakers as a cohort so they can be sure to be the most polished, engaging presenter of their topic - that’s how YOU know you’re booking the best talent for your next event.
